This is to provide guidance as TFRD continues with the EMS transition. This may change as the dynamics and circumstances of the transition process become apparent and alternative solutions make themselves more appropriate.
Print out the attachment and use it as your scheduling matrix. ATTACHMENT HERE
Use the ‘Under 113’ schedule as the template for the ‘Browning Out’ of response rigs to cover training and other details.
It is understood that there are circumstances when absolutely following this directive may not be the most effective operational situation, so use your wisdom to apply the best answer. If in doubt, contact the Operations Bureau.
