Fire and EMS reports will be completed in TFRD ESO per the current TFRD policies and standards. You are responsible for documenting all patient care provided and obtaining signatures as required.

The RCOG will dispatch all apparatus per TFRD and Lucas County EMS agreement set response plans for ALS Medic Units. If additional fire/EMS resources are needed, request them through dispatch the same way you currently do.

  • According to the State of Ohio Pharmacy Board, if a host agency calls for mutual aid, the mutual aid paramedics can use the host’s drug stock if the medications are within the scope of the paramedic. Both parties need to complete an extensive EMS report explaining what happened and the need for the mutual aid.
