Directive: 26-02 - Station Inspections

This directive is to inform all Battalion Chiefs and Captains that the station inspection procedure is getting a ‘kick start’ at this time. The older inspection form has been reduced to only its relevant items after being vetted by some line and staff officers.

The form is now found on the TFRD Web under the Battalion Chiefs section. The form can be printed for use during the actual inspection but is to be completed and submitted electronically through the website. This will allow the record of the inspections to be accountable and documented.

All stations are to be inspected on the Captain’s Sunday shift regardless of whether the regular House Captain is on duty that day or not.
