===Operational Clarification===

Due to a change in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with Local 92 ([[contracts:local-92-current|CBA 2024-2026]]) which now states that “recall must be filled paramedic for paramedic” ([[https://www.tfrdweb.com/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=contracts:local-92-current#paramedic_program|2125.100]]) all vacant line positions that are vacated by a paramedic of any rank, will be filled by a paramedic of the same rank. This includes Lieutenants and Captains
