+**Policy/Procedure**
+**1.** At all times, Toledo Fire and Rescue Department personnel shall keep assigned Chemical/Biological PPE readily available in the station.
+**2.** At elevated threat levels, fire personnel shall carry their Chemical/Biological PPE to and from work for safety.
+**3.** At elevated threat levels, on duty personnel shall carry their Chemical/Biological PPE on their assigned apparatus at all times.
